Evening All,
I videoed myself as usual last night and noticed how almost upright my club is at address where it felt as if I had really exaggerated the lean angle when I placed my weight forwards.
from watching the videos I think I still have much further forwards to go with hand lead over ball. What are your thoughts here.
really shocked how different the feel is to what is really happening
By placing the elbows down and the arm creases up, it helps pin your arms to your torso. The shoulders and the upper body unit works as one on the swing. Makes everything work together easy and simple.
Elbow should be down more and the inside of the elbows should be facing more upward. I believe if the right shoulder was up and back a little more, the right hand grip would cover the lead hand better and promote a more in to out swing path.
I think your shaft lean angle is good and plenty of weight on front side.
I do think your lead hand grip is in a very weak position though.
