I am new to stack and tilt and showing some inconsistencies. On my back swing, should it feel like more weight is going to my front knee over my foot as my hips rotate back? And I also feel when I really get my lead shoulder down and address the ball...my head is dropping slightly. Is that normal? I am expanding my spine and getting my chest to the sky, but it just feels really odd. Thanks

Thanks Tom, after a few more driving range sessions I will take some vid for critique. Have a great weekend.
@chilicheeze - Of course this is going to feel "odd" at first if you are transitioning from a prior "shift & lift" swing style!
1) With a properly executed motion, yes - absolutely your weight should load into your lead leg with the knee flexing downward in its preestablished position - which should be flared outward 10-20 degrees. It must not kick inward towards your trail leg. Have a look at this YT episode in which I use a pressure mat to show how the weight continuously builds into the front side during the swing.
2) If your head is dipping down slightly, then it is likely that you are still slightly deficient in the extension component. Further review of this lesson may help.
You will get more comfortable with this as you ingrain the motions by putting in the necessary time and properly working the drills. For now, keep it "odd" to make it crispy! 😎
