You want to match the path, @rajanmasih. This should happen naturally as you keep your hands forward - i.e.: even with the inside of your lead thigh - as you drop the ball position further back in the stance. The only ball in the grid that is truly on the target line is the ball at the zero point. If you were to position any other ball besides that one on the target line you would find yourself reaching out at varying degrees to address it.
By the way, 5 balls back should produce a considerable push-draw shape if the swing is properly executed. As mentioned in the Grid Setup video, 2-3 balls back is the typical position for the stock draw shot.
