I’m confused about 2.8 and 2.9 drill. I feel and it looks like your left wrist stays cupped throughout the swing in 2.8. 2.9 left wrist is very straight and right wrist is cupped more. 2.8 nothing changes. 2.9 there is a pretty big change in wrist angle. What’s the feel you want? 2.8 or 2.9? thanks

I had a rather "strong" grip back then, and that preset some cupping in my lead wrist. I've since migrated to a more neutral hand position and a flatter to slightly bowed lead wrist condition, which would be my preference. (This transition was greatly aided by my switch to the Jumbo grips, by the way.)
Does this mean that a golfer should abandon a strong attachment? No - not if it works well for them. They should just be aware of the tendencies, which may include flipping the hands through the zone and the potential for a closed clubface as I speak about in this KFC Club lesson video.
