yes, what I was doing was pausing for 1 second at the top before i made my downswing. this kinda put me back in line. The problem for me was, I had way too much tension in my hands and arms so, I would twist and turn half way up. I lost all the tension in my hands and arms and now the club just naturally goes back and through. with low tension, you are forced to use more body and the centripetal force of the swing goes where it goes according to my tilt of the shoulder.
