Yes, your instruction about saying "Every full shot gets a complete tilt/turn/extend, regardless of the club" helps. I have become aware through the remote extended golf school of hard knocks that making a relaxed full/tilt backswing is a non-negotiable to launch the ball any distance. Without an S&T Golf Sensei on hand watching over old sore stiff me, my swing slowly degrades to appear as I have never had a golf club ever in my hand. Sometimes. Thanks 😫
Every full shot gets a complete tilt/turn/extend, regardless of the club. As for the "feel", that is a very individual thing that each golfer constructs as he/she learns the various body motions and components. HERE is a small section of the school that is specific to building feels into your practice so you can take them out to the course.
Chapter 2 of the Golf Swing Simplified course is all about the "Big 3" body motions, and it is filled with lessons, drills, and feels designed to help you take ownership of them. I suggest spending some time reviewing that chapter and working through the drills, and afterwards - if you haven't already done so - park yourself on the drill in lesson 2.8 for awhile to really lock down those feels. (You can play good golf with the somewhat abbreviated swing this drill provides if you wish to take it out to the course.)
Once you've mastered the motions and developed your feels for them, the backswing is covered in great detail in Chapter 3 of the Golf Swing Simplified, and it culminates with Lessons 3.7a & b - Putting it All Together. That would be my next recommendation.
