Hi have issue wit my wrists flicking loads through Down swing, I have watched all videos I’m keeping arms glued to sides through swing. I’m also having issue getting hips to move first I’m down swing and then rotate as my arms accelerate faster then my body. Any help would be appreciated

Thank you both I will go back and review and practice these drills, I’m playing charity event end of June when out of lockdown raising money for charity so need to be ok for them 🤣
@ste.jukes - What @danny said, along with the following:
- The 90% Weight Forward/Arms Straight drill is going to help you with this
- This Impact drill from the YT channel is all about eliminating the flip/flick.
Also, there's an indoor/outdoor training aid called Impact Snap that is designed to help you reinforce this solid impact position. Here is a video I did with the Impact Snap. Should you wish to purchase an Impact Snap be sure to claim your SagutoGolfer discount by using this link.
I hope this helps!

Hi ste.j
I'd say you should probably be looking at chapter 2 in the course. Then, focus on that 2.8 drill from now until you get it mastered! I'm back there myself. It's our foundation in this system. It's where we begin striking the ball crispy and serves as our backstop when things start going sideways (in my case, literally! )
