I am unable to move my hips towards the target in downswing. have not been able to do this in the last 20 years of playing golf. Therefor, I move my shoulders to start the downswing and barely able to hit well. I don’t know what to do. I am very frustrated. I would love to know what should I focus on.

@rajanmasih - At this juncture I expect you would have the fundamental elements of Chapter 1 nailed down and that you are either progressing through Chapter 2 or parked on Lesson 2.8, where you should remain until you have mastered it. Alternatively, you may be working gradually through the recently released Get Out and Go Play course. The key is that you are not getting ahead of yourself or jumping around in the curriculum non-sequentially.
Regarding not being able to get the hips working properly, have you gone through the You Need More Lateral Hip Motion Drill and also checked out the Tailbone2Target option?
Beyond this, it is difficult to overstate the value of the V1 Analysis service for both swing repair and maintenance purposes. If feasible, I recommend doing one at least quarterly during the season to make sure that everything is on the proper track, and as needed if an issue arises that can't be self-corrected either through online school diagnostics and drills or here in the Forum with the community's assistance. This is perhaps the most effective means of achieving consistent improvement while keeping frustration levels in check.
