Hey there fellow students! Fresh saguto golfer here! Short backstory; my name is Emil, Im 31 years old from Norway, started golfing late summer 2021, and since we can only golf outside 5-6 months each year there is a lot of indoor practice. My handicap is 27 as of now(going sub 20 this year). Always had an inconsistent swing (as probably all high handicappers do). Bounced back and forth between loads of different swing types, but it always end up the same, rolling the club in, and flipping at impact and a sickening OTT move, no KFC and short distances.
Started the swingchange the 8th of march and have practiced every day since. Joined the school the 13th after watching probably 50 youtube videos and realising Tom is the real deal and someone I wanna learn from and support! Mainly doing the 2.8 drill now, and can feel the crisp on the short strikes, and sometime on a fuller swing, the woods and driver is a mess but thats expected. Steep swing, 8 degrees down on the driver etc.
TL;DR Hi Im new and struggle with flipping/rolling and OTT.
For some reason I cant find the video review channel to post in, so Ill post my video below. As you can see I come over the top, and get a slight chicken wing at impact. I dont have any face on videos, but Ill get a tripod soon for better videos.
Any tips/hints or remarks in general are very welcome! I got a thick skin so dont hold back!

it almost looks like your trail side is taking over. I have the same issue when I get to the top of my back swing I have this little 'swirl' or lift up with my hands at the top making the club a bit steeper on the down swing than what it was on the back swing. One thing you may want to look at is your trail elbow. It's not tucked in. This and make sure you keep the weigh/hips going forward.
here's a couple videos for elbow tucking.

And of course the videos Tom linked above.
A face on view might also be beneficial.
