I have 2 swing thoughts. Keeping my relationship to the ball on the backswing while keeping my weight on my left side. On the downswing, I think about doing a side-crunch. This has REALLY helped in maintaining my relationship to the ball on the down swing and making great ball first contact/compressed ball. What are your thoughts? Might be good to post a video about this.
Thanks for the Crispy Golf Tips. Playing golf this Sunday at my home course. I have been SO close to breaking 80. I feel this Sunday I might finally break through!

Nice work, Andy!
The trail side crunch is something I have taught and included in lesson videos such as this one from the Golf Swing Simplified course. There is one possible tendency to just be aware of that can arise from overdoing the side crunch feel, and that is developing too shallow a path which can result in big pushes, blocks, and sweeping overdraws. However, it presently seems as though you have it dialed in just right.
I'm glad to know that you've been able to reduce your swing thoughts to three. As you further ingrain the motions I would like to see you whittle that down to one thought while on the course, but for now I think you're in great shape to plow through your sub-80 goal!!
Have fun out there!!
