I have found that if I combine Tom's tilt, hip bump, and other techniques with bending my trail wrist back so that at the top of the backswing it feels like my palm is pointing to the sky that I get great results.
I try to keep the wrist bent all the way through my swing while keeping my trail elbow pointing away from me. This really helps to eliminate chopping and makes for a more accurate, consistent and powerful swings. It's almost like my arms and hands are on auto pilot as I make no effort to swing my arms down.
Any one else use this technique? Interested in your thoughts. Thanks!
Thanks Tom. When done correctly the feel at impact is crispier than I have ever experienced before! Have you ever tried to incorporate that into your training?
