I am at wits end. I don't top anything. Put the ball on the tee and i roll it. its getting worse and worse. I think at this point its mental. I think i am taking "hit up on the ball with a sweeping motion" with the driver to a new level. I plan on Seeing Tom in the fall but need help right now! I am ready to quit.

the prosthetic is nothing new. i have played all my life. Lowest handicap was 12. I have had a couple of "new" surgeries and now i am a 20 which led me to find Saguto. My goal is to become a solid single digit. Hard as we get older LOL
@mazzie252000 - Where in this school - or on YT - am I advising to "hit up on the ball with a sweeping motion"??? If I've uttered those trademark words of "mainstream" instruction as part of a lesson video, then I need to correct and/or clarify that as you'll definitely get your types of results by trying to marry this concept with what I teach!
Have you been to the Driver section of the school? Also, I agree with @danny about the 90% Weight Forward/Arms Straight Drill.
Don't think "hit up on it". Just follow the setup instructions for the driver so that you swing "less down" at it. Remember, the PGA Tour average with the driver is actually minus (e.g.: downward) 1.3 degrees - nearly level but slightly down nonetheless!
...freakin' driver... SMH this 90% weight forward/straight arms drill will help, I swear!
where is your weight at the finish?
