My coach recently recommended I start utilizing a Rypstick to get some more clubhead speed. It gives some feedback and you can get the radar to track your speed progress. I'm not chasing anything too high, but I am super low already. So a 10mph increase will get me close to my 13yr old daughter. Lol.
Wasn't sure if anyone here has worked with their drills. Many of them are emphasizing weight shifts that aren't conducive to an S&T swing. I brought this up with my coach and he recommended that I skip any drills they recommend that I thought would mess up the current mechanics we've been working. Didn't know if anyone else had any tips here.

@Jeff Baughman - I don't see any issue with utilizing the device if it is kept within the realm of this swing system. There are other options out there as well.
Fellow member @Ian "Twiggy" Jones has posted several times here regarding his speed training and resulting noticeable improvements in distance. Perhaps if he sees this he may have something to add.
