I have always used a ten finger grip and feel like it might be something that has caused my inconsistency over the years. Ive had great days, horrible days and the past couple months have been very rough. Just bought this program so haven’t implemented anything yet but wondering is it is worth it to go to interlock or overlap. I have shot in the 70s before, but now am stuck in a 100+ rut.

@22cblower - I agree with @burkholder.ronald's advice. As long as the handle is secured in your fingers throughout the entire swing motion with the correct pressure points intact and without adding any tension to the arms, then I don't see a problem if you're comfortable with it.
Beyond that and with regard to your temporary "rut", please refer to my reply to your other post.
@22cblower first, let me point out that the S&T swing @Tom Saguto instructs is an awesome method for playing golf for anyone but especially those that want to play this game as long as possible.
As to your question regarding your grip, I would first look at where you are losing shots. Does your driving find the fairways or the woods or penalty areas? Do you hit 9 or better greens per round? When you miss a green, do you get up and down more often than not? Once on the green, do you three putt a lot?
You have proven that you can score well with your grip, so analyze your game. Tom has videos to address all of the areas above. I would say, learn this S&T swing with the grip you have before trying to change your grip. Changing you grip while learning new feels with this swing may be too much to handle at the same time. Would most likely lead to more doubt about any lack of progress.
