Played today and had a very up and down round. The first couple of holes were ugly. I could not maintain my relationship with the ball. Was topping and thinning every shot. Figured out I was breaking down in my swing. Not keeping my left arm straight and my right arm was disconnecting from my side. I played the next 3 holes using drill 2.8 taking 1/2 to 3/4 swings and got things back in sync. You can actually play some pretty decent golf with that drill. Once I got comfortable I started taking full swings again. Ended up shooting a 43 on the front. Then on the back nine it all came together and shot a 37. Don‘t give up, embrace the swing and keep at it. This program does work if you put in the practice and keep doing it!

That's PRECISELY how to do it when things seem amiss or out of sync on the course, @Allen S!!
This exemplifies the importance of always carrying a trusty default swing in your back pocket, and 2.8 is a great one for this because it's great for quickly restoring confidence-boosting crispiness and reining in the shot disbursement. This keeps you in play and in the game while you work things out, and it's still going to provide plenty of distance to get around the course.
Well done!! (And a fabulous back nine, by the way!!)
