Without naming the instructor, unless it was your dad or a friend, or Tom, lol. Was there something that you heard and decided to try to implement into your swing that you can say really helped a lot. For me it was before you actually hit the ball, take a smooth practice swing, not hitting the ground. Remember that FEEL and duplicate it on your actual shot, just a bit faster since we don't normally take full powered practice swings. This really smoothed my swing out, especially because I was always quick at the top. In a big hurry to hit the ball, never really "finishing" my back swing. How many times do we see guys take a couple practice swings that look pretty good. But then.... but then it's now time to hit the ball and the actual swing looks almost nothing like the practice swing!? Many times, this is all a feel thing and then replicating that feel. Of course visualize the shot and what you want the ball to do of course. But for this discussion, keeping it to one single tip or idea that you still keep and would never give up. Thanks for any input guys!
