I was listening to a Mark Immelman podcast today with guest, Mike Booker. They were talking about breathing for calming the body and focusing the mind - and a 5-breath sequence for doing so. Any thoughts on this for a pre-shot and in-shot routine?

Can you link to the podcast or summarize? I am always looking for ways to stay relaxed.
Some days I am more intense that a circus performer!
To futher clarify:
@gregory.elwell - I've heard/read that quite a few Tour pros have gotten into this, so there must be something to it. I've not personally experimented with any breathing techniques. However, as someone who recommends that golfers find/ingrain their ideal rhythm and also have a consistent routine for each shot, I can certainly see how a breathing sequence can be incorporated.
Perhaps others here in the forum may have something of more value to add.
Good post and question!
