Cheers! I will certainly keep that in mind. Also, I've been wanting to send a video for analysis especially now that I've been using your swing method for a better part of 3 months now. For me, it would be a check and balance to see where I stand with my swing and what I can certainly improve on.
@Matthew Hornbaker - While I'm neither a chiro, MD, or PT, oftentimes when a right-handed player is transitioning from a "Shift & Lift" type of swing to Stack and Tilt, they are engaging left side muscles that they've not previously used in their swing motion. Depending on how much swinging they do in a session, this could lead to some soreness. If this continues for more that a few weeks then it may be a good idea to arrange for a V1 Swing Video Analysis to ensure that your movements are properly aligned with the swing method and instruction.
