So I got some video today and what I saw made me sick. I wasn't turning my shoulder down; I was basically turning my shoulders level and I wasn't tilting either. Don't even get me started on my hips, they weren't moving towards the target, they were just spinning out. Figured I'd break it down to the basics. So I started with turning and tilting. I was making some progress but now the problem is, no matter what I do (as long as I'm tilting) my head is dipping. What now?

@Buford T Ogletree - If you are truly tilting and turning but your head is still dipping, then you likely have a deficiency in the extension component. Revisit this lesson for more info.
Check out Tom's latest tip. Describes how Jack Nicklaus imaged a barber pole through his body and head at to and rotated around it.
I'm sure others will have better ideas, but what has really worked for me lately in keeping my head still is to imagine at set up that you are leaning your head against a wall in front of you and keep it there during the entire swing. You can swivel your head after impact to track the ball but be sure not to let it move forward .
