Im having trouble keeping my connections when i bend over to my posture.
Do you have any tips regarding this problem
When i stand straight and connect my upper arms to my sides and rest my hands on my ribcage, then i feel this whole unit moving.
When i bend to my posture i still have some connection on my sides but i dont feel my arms touching my ribcage and then the arms and body feel separate.
Should the arms be resting and touching the ribcage when i bend over to my posture?
@Jari Hissa - This is what the rehinging and follow- through should look like.
@Jari Hissa - We all have to build our own unique feels for this, but yes - keeping that pressure point intact in the downswing should keep the trail hand pushing targetward through impact and prevent flipping.
@Jari Hissa - Your arms are supposed to hand down naturally as you assume your inclined orientation and establish your relationship with the ball, and as such your elbows up to your mid biceps/triceps should not be connected to the chest when you bend over. Just make sure your upper arms are connected when you get into posture. Stick a tee between the upper part of each arm and its armpit and hit balls while keeping both tees in place for the entirety of your swing from address to finish. This will solidify the proper connections.
