The video is not that great. I was hitting directly into the Hawaiin Sun so I could not see where the ball was going. It was glaring. I will post a few in the correct forum when I get it together. But here are a few things I noticed. If you laugh it will only be because I look....awkward
#1. When I set up, if you follow the shaft of the club up to my body, it seems to be pointing much too high. it is above the belt buckle and the belly button. Maybe even as high as my stomach. I know it's too high. How can I correct that?
#2. Without a doubt, I am taking the club too high. It looks damn near over my head.
#3. Downswing appears to have way too much weight on the right leg ( my leg looks almost stiff as a board and I appear off balance. And I appear to be breaking my wrists at impact.
So I will be posting some videos. Is there any way to download what I have to the V1 app. I could not see that silhouette thing when I was filming so I did not know if it would be correct.
@Tom Holt - As it says in the face-on photos I previously shared from the book, with the irons you want your arms hanging down naturally from your shoulders - nearly vertical - with the butt end of the club pointing preferably towards the top of your pants zipper and definitely no higher than your belt buckle.
Go through the setup section in the school again and follow all the guidelines provided to put yourself in the proper posture. Allow the arms to hang as described so that your hands are beneath your chin. If in doing all this properly you find that the toe end of the club's sole is noticeably off the ground, then some lie angle adjustment may be necessary.
