Slowly coming back after a torn Achilles. I’ll be getting PRP injections in December, and hopefully that’s gonna fix it. I haven’t played a round yet (it’s been pretty depressing not playing) but I’m good enough to hit practice balls in the net. I didn’t swing a club for about two months, but the beauty of this system is, when I finally hit a golf ball it was as if I were just on the practice range the day before. One thing that became apparent was my lead elbow bending during my backswing and staying bent on the downswing. That was causing quiet a few inconsistencies. I started focusing solely on; when my lead elbow feels like it wants to bend, I immediately transition to my downswing. I can’t understate what a difference this made. It ”feels” like a 3/4 swing but on video, it’s definitely a full swing. (feel vs real). Keep tilting, turning and extending and hope to see y’all on the links soon. 🤘🏻😎🏌️♂️⛳️

Great post! This may have answered the question I had just posted and why I am pulling the clubhead in on my downswing. I can't wait to see if it helps! Thanks!
Welcome back (almost), BTO - we've missed your regular presence here!
Great comment on the bending of the lead arm, which is a common flareup as we battle the demons of our shift & lift swings of yesteryear. (Yet another reason why regular monitoring with video is so important.)
Nice job figuring it out and recognizing the "feel vs. real" difference!
