After a visit to the Doctor’s Office today, I found out I have Tendonitis or something else. But that is the diagnosis right now. No weight training, resistance bands, golf, or heavy lifting. However, will continue my 2+ mile walks and take up bike training. Cardio, baby. Seems like I may have over done it with the weights. I am 72 but think like a 40 year old and there is a incongruence here. Have to change my mindset.

Hey Patrick, My knees used to feel like they were going to explode when I knelt down. I started a liquid drinkable collagen and in 3 weeks no pain even when sitting on my heals on the floor. Let me know if I can hook you up! Great for muscles, cartilage and joints. I am sure you DR has given you ideas for other stuff also! I wish I could exercise like you do!! I envy you! When you are able to get back to golf keep us posted! I love hearing of everyone's progress with Tom's teachings!
@Patrick Anlauf - Can you putt and chip, or is it a complete hiatus?
Wishing you a speedy recovery!!
@burkholder.ronald Thank you, Ron. I don't give up on something as good as this new golf training, which is pretty new to me.
Patrick, hang in there! I feel ya. I just turned 70 in October. But with Tom’s S&T instructions I’m playing the best most consistent golf I ever have. It’s frustrating that my solid drives only go 230-240 yards instead of the 270-280 I used to hit ’em. But with S&T they are normally in the fairway. Anyway, don’t give up, stay young in your mind, and keep plugging away.
