I’ve been in the Saguto program a little over a month. Former shifter/lifter/flipper. So far just going to the range and practicing at home. I believe this program is one of, if not the best for the average golfer to learn a more repeatable swing. I’ve been getting more consistent contact but todays range session started pretty bad. I went to the 90% weight forward drill and that helped but what really made a difference was thinking of the tailbone to target as well. Session finished pretty solid. Anyway, thats just what’s working for me and thanks Tom for the great instruction.

Thanks for the update, @jwj1972! We're all going to experience hiccups and occasional setbacks. It's part of the game. But learning to decipher the "why" - as in "why did the ball fly that way", or "why was my contact less than crispy" - and the "how" - in other words, having sufficient understanding of the swing to reverse engineer the cause and dial in the appropriate fix - are huge steps in the process towards taking ownership of your swing. Nice job in that regard, and keep up the great work!!
@jwj1972 Great work! Ive been at this new swing for a couple of months. Some days are better than others for me too! I try and keep the feeling of pouring my right shoulder in my right ear in the backswing and then my left shoulder in my left ear in the follow through. This helps me to get the tailbone to the target. Keep it crispy Jeff! 😊
