The drill you gave me from video analysis to keep swing inside and alignment sticks for club path and hands. Only issue I noticed (probably unique to me with plate and screws in shoulder) Is keeping it close to body (arms & elbow tuck) as I come around doing that I do have a stiffness and slight pain somewhat front part of shoulder ball. Which may explain why I have (pun intended) the chicken wing flying up in my original video analysis to you.
Going to stick with it , hoping it will help loosen up the shoulder somewhat. But going on 19 years since injury probably a long shot of getting more range in there, Any suggestions?
In any event totally happy with my games improvement.

Heading out to Practice facility in a few hours will give it a try!
@Steven - Nice job on the goals so far!!
You do have some leeway with regard to the connections. Consider Mike Bennett and Charlie Wi - two noticeably different swings with regard to the extent of their upper arm connections, but both wholly and fully S&T.
If you are able to execute the drill below from the S&T book you will have sufficient connections for the swing. You do not have to attach your trail arm to your side all the way down to the elbow if that is causing you discomfort. Just don't let that arm get away from you and take on a life of its own!
