Hi Saguto Alumni,
Just figured I'd share the results of my doctor's visit and update on shoulder that caused me to withdraw from 2nd day of finals. My new primary Doctor(my regular doctor retired) besides being in family practice also deals in sports medicine. Well something is going right in that respect.
Had multiple x-rays from different angles. Some age related calcium deposits and a little less space then should be between parts and minor spurs. Seems most of issue is inflamed bursa due to some arthritis. Ten days of meds for inflammation and pain and physical therapy to hopefully help the issue. Follow up in a month, if still the same most likely will have to inject the shoulder. Had to do the same thing with right "bionic" shoulder but only once in 19 years.
The worst part banned from swinging a club for 2 weeks at least!š«
Thanks for listening.
Blessings All!!!
@Steven So glad to hear you were able to find out what was going on with your shoulder. Listen to the docs and get yourself well As soon as you can sir! Thanks for sharing with us. Hope you get well soon! š
@Steven praying for your healing. Your health is primary over scores and KFC Golf. I found out the Melanoma on my head was non-invasive and now Iām healing with 21 stitches. Back in the day, sunburn was prevented by Baby Oil and Coppertone without SPF. Take care, my friend.
Sorry to hear that, Steven. Hopefully all is well for the long term. And at least you'll be back well before the snow starts falling in earnest.
