So I’ve been making great progress, weight is staying forward, arms are straight through impact maintaining the wedge, hitting ball first then divot, but I am running into what I hope is the last piece of the puzzle… my arms feel stiff when I swing, they do not feel free flowing, which is causing a major lack of distance…

Believe me I've had swing approaches in the past with many more swing thoughts! As long as I can get my right arm loaded properly at the top, which does indeed require some practice, all I have to do on the downswing is to roll my front foot to the target while pushing my right palm back behind me.
So far I'm loving the feel and hope it withstands the test of time.
@Bob Cissell Wow Bob, sounds like a lot of swing thoughts! But if you're making that work then that's awesome. Yes, absolutely on the group, Grip pressure must me enough to control the club, but not a death grip that makes the arms rigid, which actually slows the clubhead speed.
I found something today that really helps generate a lot of power and puts my arms on auto pilot during the downswing.
At the top of the backswing I try to have my trail palm facing the sky and my trail elbow as close to my trail hip as possible. In conjunction with the shoulder tilt I feel like I'm winding up a spring or stretching an elastic rope.
My first move on the downswing is to roll my lead ankle to the target while resisting that movement with my trail arm. I feel like I am pulling my palm even further back and pointing my trailing elbow in front of the hip.
The swing then is on autopilot and it feels like club the club and the trail arm a catapult. I hope this is something that others could benefit from.
Good luck!
PS In my experience keeping the grip fairly light helps the arms move even faster during the downswing.
I had this too when I first started the whole weight forward thing, you are probably trying to power the swing a bit too much with your arms, as opposed to turning and letting the body generate the centripetal force. That's just a guess, maybe gripping a little too tight on club as well. What's the ball flight? If it tends to lean more toward a fade, that is a glancing blow and doesn't deliver the full energy to the ball.
