Hello all. I struggle with the slice. I have used the strong Grip to help hit straight but I am inconsistent. Sometimes the Grip allows me to hit straight other times I still hit to the right and sometimes the Grip is to strong and I hit to the left. I believe and I could be wrong. When the strong Grip is used it is really just a bandaid. The real problem is in my swing. Is this correct? I am constantly check8ng the Grip to make sure I use a Grip that closes the club face.I would like to be able to use 1 Grip on all clubs. I know Tom days you should be able to see 2 knuckles and I do see 2 but sometimes the ball goes straight other times it goes left. And if not strong enough it goes right. Talk about a game of inches. I barely mak3 adjustments and and the 1 degree change my shot down the fairway drastically. Another day on the course and I do see some improvement. Trying to keep proper posture and Tilt Turn & Extend. But getting shoulders is challenge. Thx all.

@fish4197 - While the "stock" grip for this swing is a neutral one since there shouldn't be a need for any manipulations of the clubface with the hands during the motion, you do have some leeway in either direction. Let your ball striking and shot shape be your guide.
As @Patrick Anlauf commented, there is a lesson on the grip in Chapter 1 of GSS, and also in Part 1 of GOGP. My suggestion is first to make certain that the fundamentals of your attachment are correct, ensuring the proper pressure points while also making sure that the handle remains secure in your hands throughout the motion without any unwanted tension. Then know the tendencies of strong vs. weak grips. I did a YT video on the strong grip that speaks to this. For example, my attachment can leak towards the strong side if I don't pay attention to it, and that can lead to some flipping and closing of the face through the zone.
Also, consider how your arms and hands hang naturally from your shoulders. Are your hands resting in more of a closed, neutral, or open position? This can help you determine what your "natural grip" is. My hands hang in a somewhat closed position with the backs of my hands facing more away from me. This indicates that the natural neutral grip for me might be one that tends towards the stronger side. I have a YT video on this as well.
