I had a great practice session yesterday whilst waiting for my new irons to arrive, old ones sold much quicker than expected so only have rescue and woods!
Filmed myself from the rear using V1 to see where my tail bone goes following on from a video I watched in the school. I was delighted to see that most of the time it dies what it should i.e. towards the target in the backswing but every time I hit a poor strike it moved back to where it was at address.
My fix was to focus on the trail foot rolling towards the target in the downswing and every time I did this I had crispy contact.
Feels like it's all coming together.
Rolling my trail foot to the target is the best way to start the downswing that I have found. Keep up the good work.
Awesome job, Dale! Thanks for sharing your latest bucket of KFCrispiness!
