What was the first Tom Saguto video you saw on Youtube that got you hooked on this kid?
Jump to 3:10. Tom talks about being crucified and burned at the stake for being a Stack and Tilt guy. The way he presented Tiger's article with such passion made me a believer. I've become a damn good golfer in such a short time because of it. You sir, are the man.
LOL - Y'all are too kind, and also it warms my twisted heart to see the level of humor permeating through this online school! I mean, I know the game is difficult and can be extremely frustrating - even to the point causing some (?) to pace the range and yell into a camera - but in the end for the vast majority of golfers across the globe it is a game, a hobby, a chance to enjoy the great outdoors, an opportunity to spend quality time with friends & family, perhaps win or lose a little wager, or some combination thereof, so if we can't have fun with it then what the heck are we doing??!!........🤔🙄🤣

Show me the golf swing!
My first YOUTUBE video of Tom Saguto:
"TILT, TURN, and EXTEND"
I was reluctant, at first, thinking the golf swing couldn't be that simple. Plus...I didn't expect him to be a PGA certified member. I wanted to learn from someone who knew what they were doing verses a video of a backyard amateur golfer trying to teach me a thing or 3 about the golf swing. I am not receptive with unsolicited advice out on the range or course, either.
So, basically, Tom had me at "Hello!"
(Don't mind the Jerry Maguire reference)
He does know how to market himself and get your attention! He got mine! Did I mention he is funny, too? His sincerity kept me watching as I was improving. He takes his teaching approach a little more seriously here on the online school vs YT but at the same time, he is being serious. I'll never forget my first round after taking on the SnT basic principles. I could count the total number of miss hits on one hand that day. I was impressed! A hcp of 20+...down to 13 at end of last season. Now, my learning curve is repairing swing flaws that are haunting me, power/distance (ie: driver), and putting. I achieve this...I could be a single digit hcp in no time. My pitch/chips? My only strong part of the game. To me, this is my art part. I prefer to use my own paint brushes with this one, Tom. I'm afraid to change what came natural to me.
OVERALL: Tom is the best damn golf instructor out there! Unless recommended by Tom, I don't care to be coached by anyone else. It will draw conflict and confusion into my game. I'm sure he receives some glares of envy from these other instructors because of the attention Tom is getting. Toms' methods work. We're not paying Tom to teach us to band aid a swing flaw or trade in one swing flaw for another swing flaw and spend 100s if not not 1,000s for frivalous lessons or for BS. Tom is the real deal...one video...had me at hello! (Just a comedic way of using a movie reference)
Yes, I did just get off of a cruise ship and hadn't hit a ball in 3 weeks. That is WHY I LOVE this golf swing system!
You can take a vacation and your golf swing won't change.
Thanks for all your support, SagutoGolfers! A little story on one of the videos with the rock band hair:
I was touring the country playing southern rock music while teaching golf during the day.
One day, I FLIPPED OUT after a golf lesson because a student was resisting the changes I recommended for him. He was used to swinging the "old way" and didn't want to change.
I was irritated by his resistance to change because I knew there was MORE POTENTIAL IN HIM. I knew that if he kept doing the same old things, he wouldn't improve - he would suffer through golf for the rest of his life. I HATE seeing golfers suffer like that!!!
I was "supposed to" film an episode that day, but my mind was telling me, "Tom, never film when you're mad, you'll end up saying something you regret and then the world will explode."
So I was pacing back and forth on the driving range debating on whether or not to film. "Film it", "No, don't film it, you'll look like an idiot." "Ok, film it, at least you'll be a fired-up idiot if it doesn't work out."
After pacing 7 times back and forth, it was time to FILM.
This video was the result:
The video that I resisted several times and finally clicked on was "You've been swinging the club wrong your whole life and here's what to do "
Keep in mind that I am a You Tube junkie and have worked on my golf swing since I was 16 (now an old timer at 72). I live in Ohio and after watching this crazy and entertaining guy Tom Saguto I decided to go out in the yard, clear off some snow and hit a couple of irons because I immediately thought to stacked concept made sense. I hit four or five balls with success and became hooked on Tom's method and humor ! His hair at the time reminded of the 60's when I had a similar head of air...also it doesn't hurt that he is an Italian like me (LOL).
I have stayed with the method since last August and now have developed a more consistent swing but I must keep working on it. I see Tom for a lesson whenever I visit Myrtle Beach.
Can't remember which video, but I saw this young guy with long hair running around like a mad man. I had to start watching. Been hooked ever since.

This was a great recap! I cancelled all my other on-line golf instruction videos after I played the best round of my life after 1 week with Suguto.Golf.
