Does Tom Saguto + Super Glue = Crispy Contact
Yes
No
No Opinion
We all know how applying Tom's lessons to our games can make us Kings of Crispy Contact. We also know that Tom is a big proponent of staying connected in the golf swing and on occasion mentions that you should feel that your arms are super glued to your chest.
Well I have taken this to heart and as I have said at least 437 times, my game has never been better. My technique for swings with irons and hybrids and woods (oh my) is as follows:
At address, I tuck in my trail elbow and feel like my bicep is attached to my chest with super glue
My lead bicep is also super-glued to my chest.
During the backswing and the start of the downswing i keep the elbow tucked and may bicep attached to my chest
At the top of the backswing I feel that my folded trail arm has super glue in my elbow joint. And when I begin my downswing with a slow push off of my trail foot, I feel my trail arm is glued shut in the folded position.
Newly added 7/5/23 1:59 pm CDT: throughout the swing I feel like my head is glued to a board (keeps my head from coming forward at the start of the downswing). In your world the board could be glued to any part of your head as long as it keeps the head in the imaginary circle.
This is the most repeatable and undefeatable full swing I have ever had.
Please respond to the poll and make your voice heard! Thank you and let's all stick together like super glue as we following Tom down the path of crispy, sticky delicious contact.
Thanks, Tom!
