Finally made it out to play today. Was alone for 18 which allowed me to get some practice in. I have not gotten all the way through the videos yet and just beginning but tried to incorporate parts of the swing. For some reason I was topping a lot of shots especially driver. I bladed a lot of iron shots. Not sure why I was raising up so bad but it was like I was turning my head before the club got to the ball. Then I ran through a few iron shots where I was dropping my back shoulder and chunking the club real bad. Need more practice.

I found immediate results with my shorter clubs but the longer clubs took a good 4 months. One eureka moment for me with the longer clubs was back in the set-up regarding ball position. I noticed that my ball position had crept backwards leading to a lot of topspin like shots. By moving it more forward I found KFC crispy contact.
Your zero point in regards to the grid is your lead shoulder, so I now use that as my reference point which has helped gain consistency on the longer clubs. I set that firstly and then put my feet into position secondly, then the weight forward.
