I have been really struggling lately with the stack and tilt swing. I've had really bad contact 95% of the time and when I did hit it crispy the distance was gone. I've been using my torso and the arms went along for the ride but really struggled getting good contact over multiple range sessions.. my question is, should I be throwing my hands down? I struggle to get any sort of lag or hit a decent shot when I use only the torso for power and all my high irons go the same average distance.
I've lost around 40+ yards with all clubs since starting the stack and tilt training and have no clue what's the issue.
You mentioned you're struggling with the SnT swing. Do you have another swing that you struggle "less" with?
@allanemily5 - Based on your recent posts there seems to be a disconnect somewhere. Rather than continuing to dive down rabbit holes I would suggest that this would be an ideal time for a V1 Analysis so I can see exactly where you are at and take the guesswork out of getting you on the proper path towards where you need to be.
