A lot of the courses in my area don’t have practice ranges. What do you guys do to get warm and loose without range balls. My back 9 is always better than my first. I just want to start hot instead of getting hot

I've been doing the Superspeed training for the last 10 weeks and its a great way to warm-up before a round and actually it is proven to add a few mph to your club head speed.
Stage 1
Use your driver, turn it upside down and swing 3 times as hard as possible on your dominant side and then your non dominant side.
Grab a mid iron and repeat the above
Use your driver the right way around and repeat the above
Stage 2
Repeat as stage 1 but this time, step into your downswing on both sides
Stage 3
Finish with the upside down driver 3 times on your dominant side
