Does everyone use the V1 app and a tripod? If so which one? I got one from Amazon and it’s not tall enough… be interested to hear Saguto golfers set up
I use a cheap tripod that I've had laying around for decades and picked up a cheap cell phone cradle from amazon, for a few dollars.
Mine doesn't go that high either. The phone sits about waist high for recording. I believe that's the elevation you want. Right about midway from the floor to your head. I think it captures the takeaway and the impact position best.
At home - stacked bricks, chair, garbage can - whatever I have nearby I can stand the phone up against and take a video. I just use my camera phone and play in slow motion - frame by frame. I do have the V1 app - just haven't used it since my first analysis with Tom. At the range I just lean it against something. It's enough for me to see where my challenges are.
This tri-pod was low-cost on Amazon when I purchased last year. It's simple, light and compact enough to take anywhere and can hold an Iphone or Android and works well for me. See Link: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B085QNKTX9/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o05_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
