I remember reading about this here but I can't find the thread it was mentioned in.
I have been working on getting this pressure on the inside of the trail foot as I begin my backswing and really focus on bending the lead knee down (and hence the lead shoulder down as well). If I keep both of these feels in mind at the start of the backswing it really helps me to load up on the lead leg and get a full turn.
One additional benefit of this method is that it kind of presets my trail foot in a postion where it feels banked toward the target and it easier for me to then continue to push toward the target and having the feeling of getting my knee past my stationary head.
So thank you to whoever posted this tip. That is why this forum is great and could be even better with more folks posting. But that is a topic for another day.
I did not recall that. thank you for the reminder. I think I told you that I need to be told things many times to remember them! But then I may be missremembering!
