@Jeremy Santefort - 165 with the 7 iron is a pretty solid starting point!
Without getting into any detailed analysis here (which I must reserve for the V1 Video Lessons), I'll first say that I really like the straight arms and extension post-impact. Beyond that, I suggest checking out this diagnostic video on early extension to see if this applies to what you are doing. If so, there are a couple of drills that immediately follow it.
Nice powerful swing, but the flipping lead wrist at impact is caused by wrong stance (both knees flexed), not enough weight on the lead side, left shoulder more down. Guess you can fix that easily.
