Another session tonight. tried to only work on consistent setup instead of stalling with too many thoughts.
Next work is to stop pulling down over ball and chopping. Arm is straighter now but still going high at top.

@colin - Without getting into any specific analysis here - which I'll reserve for a future V1 lesson - when posting a swing video please make sure that the camera is on your foot line. When it's on the target line or elsewhere the viewers' perspective is skewed, making it quite difficult for them to offer an accurate evaluation.
For breaking 100/90/80 you need course management. The best advisor is golf sidekicks!

I like you seeing to improve your preshot routine and whiggle with the hands to release tension.
Try to ad a hipp-whiggle!
When the ball goes right, to much right hip and arm in backswing to high.
When the ball goes left, to much upperbody movement in the downswing. Like in your video!
Try to aim your upperbody to the target and not strong left during impact. Stick your arms more to the body and you will hit cleaner.
Your target is the blue mat? Go for it!
