I would like to know where you feel pressure in the left foot on the backswing? I think I have been getting it far forward towards the toes trying to tilt deep. i am very happy about my golf for the first time in years thanks to you
@pjwgolf69 - I'm very glad to know that you are improving and enjoying yourself!
With regard to the lead foot, I really don't feel any shifting of pressure in any direction (heel, toe, or sides) during the backswing. As the weight loads into the foot it does so in a balanced fashion. This is because the swing center is remaining intact as we tilt, turn, an extend, and there is no swaying in either direction.
@pjwgolf69 - We all have our unique "feels", so with regard to your question it really comes down to "how low is low?" If you were previously a lifter of the club, then it may feel like you are taking it back around your waist when in actuality your lead arm at the top is exactly where you want it to be - on or just below the shoulder line. Video does not lie, so I suggest using that tool regularly to confirm your "feels.
Also, speaking of video, please keep in mind the V1 Swing Analysis service I offer. This is an effective and inexpensive service that I highly recommend to everyone in the school. I liken it to bringing your swing into the shop for a tune-up or minor repair. Scheduling one on a quarterly basis for preventive maintenance will do wonders for keeping things humming along nicely, and it's also a great tool for pinpointing and resolving any issues that arise. The process involves downloading the free V1 app and then submitting two videos to me through the app - one down-the-line (captured from your stance line, not the target line) and the other face-on. You'll find more information about the V1 Analysis halfway down this page on the Saguto.Golf site. There is a discount for school members.

Should we have the feeling of the hands and club staying low throughout the backswing and follow through? In other words extension throughout? Thanks
The feeling of the shoulder going down only is causing me problems
if the head against the wall and hands extended low throughout accomplishes the tilt and straight arms would that be okay or am I creating problems?
YES, @ihmpadre - As per previous correspondence, 2.8 is THE swing!!
(Oh) My God, I believe! Great secret. This is 2.8 in action.
