Since converting to Stack & Tilt my ball flight is generally straight but very low. As a result, with the exception of the driver, my distance has decreased.

I put more weight on the forward leg (90%)and that helped along with moving the ball forward on driver only, one of his video lessons makes mention of this. Initially I had the ball as instructed one club head width from heel but for the driver it was difficult to get the ball to fly higher?
What helped me was taking a half swing then 3/4 in the beginning and just getting that muscle memory to act accordingly, making sure that I bump my hips toward the target and not roll my hands it takes practice if you've been programmed for years doing it the traditional swing.
I lost distance initially, but I have gained it back and then some, if I do the correct shoulder turn and repeat it with the downswing I generate more speed, also keeping the arm against my chest on the back swing and do the opposite after striking the ball, just a reverse of the back swing.
@golf3038 Nicely done!! Ultimately, as @Lucio Acosta mentions, you will not lose distance with this swing and should actually gain yards once you are properly executing it. It really is a powerful move - effortlessly powerful!
As I regularly tell folks, it is critical to take sufficient time to ensure that we master the fundamental components of the first couple of chapters! I cannot overemphasize this enough, as frustrations predominantly occur when students jump ahead in the curriculum without properly dedicating themselves to the foundational base upon which our consistently repeatable, powerful, low maintenance swing must be built.
