Hi all
First photo my hips aren’t as Directly underneath me as 2nd photo. 2nd photo my backs a little more rounded at the top with absolutely no pressure in my lower back. First photo there is tension in my lower back.
is the goal to have a little more rounded back with hips directly underneath feet so that there’s no lower back tension at address? At least that’s what I’ve discovered
@Tom
@jon - Get those hands a little more under your chin in photo #2 and I think you'll be nearly identical to Mike Bennett's setup below. There should not be any tension in your back.

@jon Hey Jon! I have learned that you want to have a good relationship to the ball at set up. This will allow you to get that divot in front of the ball with the swing. My go to lesson on this is the lesson1.3 on Posture in the Golf Swing Simplified Section. It has two awesome videos from Tom on what it should and should not look like. Have a great day and keep it crispy! 😊
