Hello again, and Happy Sunday everyone.
I'm the guy who keeps asking for help, and I don't like to be all take and no give, so maybe this drill I made up will help someone?
I call this the "10 second selfie" drill. I think I made it up.. haha. Or at least I've never heard of it. Basically I set up my camera to take a full body picture, and put on a 10 second delay. Then I hit the "take pic" button and the race is on to get in a perfect position before it takes the pic. What I love about this is it helps "rush" me into a good position which I hope will engrain some muscle memory, as well as help me build a quick but effective pre shot routine. And at the end I have a picture to critique.
With that said, here are a few of my better ones from my session the other day... how's my position?
I would say need some Goofy feet and a Letter K in the setup. Other than that looks pretty good. (Goofy feet and K should be in the videos Tom provided) :) And Happy Birthday to someone in the household.
