Your set up for driver and short irons works well for me - but not for long irons and hybrids. I struggle with leaning the hip an extra inch to the left and weight on left foot - and the fact that the ball is only one ball from the heel frighten me (I often hit thin or not at all). May be I am to old (stiff) for this method ;-) I am 62. When I fall back to the short iron set up my hybrids works better (4 and 5).
Is this a known problem and should I forget your long iron set up?
I sometimes spin my hips to early other than that I hit the driver fine when I keep my butt going towards the target. I can't get my Hybrids in the air. I hit low straight shots but don't stand a chance of getting to stop on the green. How can I get the ball higher ? should I move it back in my stance and hit down on the ball
