I have been trying the stack and tilt for two weeks and nothing seems to work. I hit fat shots thin shots. I am turn around my spine and pointing my front shoulder at the ball and I am all over the board and worst now than before. The only thing that seems to work is lead arm straight across chest.

Paula,
thank you for your encouraging words and I may be rushing a bit. I practice everyday for hours with the same input you spoke about in your response. Stack and Tilt is my last hope to keep playing the game I love. I have spent thousand and thousands of dollars on clubs, teachers, training aids and my own track man hitting station. I have always had a good set up and back swing it’s always be my transition back to the ball. I hope this new system helps me final be a good ball striker.
Two weeks isn't too long, but if you're already upset about hitting fat shots and thin shots, I think you're rushing the program. You've got to commit to starting from the beginning, and going step by step. Master the grip, stance, tilt and turn, and keep those arms straight. You've got to start with half swings up and back. Don't be so quick to take that full swing. You've got to learn to hit the ground in the same spot first---with half swings, then with 3/4 swings. Then go to full swing. Learning this new way to play takes a lot of unlearning too. Don't rush it. Don't get frustrated. That 1st time you hit a crispy shot, (even with a half swing), is the best feeling ever. It will come.
