@Frank Stuff - Welcome to the forum. Here's what I see in the videos that might help. You are swinging way inside on the backswing and coming over-the-top on the downswing and here's why...
You're literally lined up 30 yards to the right. Look at your alignment shaft and your feet and shoulders at address. Your stick is aimed at the blue net in front of you and your body is pointed at the white pole to the right. This will cause an over the top swing that actually produces some decent shots. The over-the-top is your brain compensating for the misalignment. (FYI. I had this same problem).
IMPORTANT!!! When you line up correctly, you're gonna pull the CRAP outta the first few because your brain hasn't reset yet!
one more thing that has helped me from coming over the top is, I feel like I start my downswing with my lower body leaving my arms lagging behind. I feel a pull/stretch on my left shoulder.
What I noticed is that your right elbow/upper arm is coming off your body causing the over the top. look up Toms "hogans magic elbow" video on you tube. Put a headcover under your right armpit and keep it there throughout your backswing all the way to 12 inches after contact. Tom will tell you exactly whats happening but, this is my quick reply opinion.
I also wonder how much "tension" you have in your arms ? You have to have very little tension in your arms so, the weight of the club/centripetal force can extend your arm effortlessly into the ball. Good luck.
I will also book a private lesson with you soon - but we have our first league match on Monday :D so I want do use tonorrow to dial in
