@Tom should it be a goal during back swing when rotating 90 degrees, to be able to not touch chin on lead shoulder ? Looks like you easily do it. A little more difficult for me. But then again maybe I’m not doing the movements correctly?!

@jon - Your setup with the feet and knees flared out - combined with properly tilting, turning, and extending, keeping the weight forward, and allowing your trail leg to straighten - facilitates a resistance-free, body-friendly 45-degree hip turn, which should then enables the shoulders to turn 45 degrees without any strain or tension. That adds up to the full 90 degrees you seek. Mike Bennett certainly doesn't have the build or flexibility of a Romanian gymnast, but he sure has an effortless turn.
(Just remember that 90 degrees does not mean the club gets to "parallel" - that false deity of swings past. We take the hands in deep in S&T; we're not lifting them independently.)
