I have been trying to get the shoulder down motion, but I think in chasing that dragon I’ve created a new monster via head moving down. I didn’t realize how bad it was since I have been recording video face on. Once I switched to down the line I saw way more downward head movement. I’ve tried the wall drill but once I leave the wall and start swinging again it returns. I believe myself to not be extending enough and only tilting a turning. Does that sound like the right diagnosis? Video attached! (Pardon the mess in the garage, rain season has returned here in the PNW)

@KyleW The first thing that jumps out at me, without being able to slow the video down, is that you are making a pretty substantial over the top move on downswing.
are you attempting to hit a fade shot shape?
The amount of dip at the start of the downswing, and the subsequent thrusting of the lead leg, away from the swinging club are directly related to the amount of speed you are trying to generate. In other words a stock controlled shot may not see much downward squat since you aren’t really pushing off the ground too much to fire through the ball.
I would focus on swing path before worrying about the speed elements of using ground forces (squatting and jumping). Pick a spot about 1foot right of your target line and release the club to that spot. Watch the difference in downswing.
if you slow down the video on downswing, the club should be dissecting your trail arm. I have posted several pictures of this in other threads.
