Hi there. I realized on my swing i lift my arms and then on the downswing they drop incredibly inside leading to very very inconsistent shots of all types. Toes, thins, fats, shanks, and flipping of hands. Please help to re get my old backswing back without lifting.

Hello @22cblower. I’ve sure been in the place you are now! I would start with reviewing Chapter 3 of the Golf Simplified course. This is where Tom explains how to train the arm motion in the swing. It really helped me have a good swing motion. Hopefully it can help you too! Keep it crispy!
