Tom, your bunker technique is so simple and easy that I didn't need to practice it.I go to the practice bunker, throw 30 balls and they all come out.But when you have to hit a high and short shot, with the ball stuck to the wall 3-6 feet high and the green next to the bunker, if I don't open the face of my 60 degree wedge the technique no longer works andopening my face, obviously, I lose consistency.I have not seen a video in your lessons that raise this situation. What should I do?

@jlpg33 - As with the chipping and pitching courses, I've give you the fundamentals for a simplified technique to consistently extricate yourself from a greenside bunker. From there it's up to the individual player to learn how to apply it to various lies, situations, etc., and the only real means of doing so is to throw some ball down in such conditions and use/modify your technique to "figure it out". So, for the type of scenario you describe, if you don't have access to a practice bunker with a "wall", then use the sand that you have available and figure out what you need to do with regard to club selection, setup, face angle, and swing speed to be able to pop it up quickly and stop it short. It may well take more of an open face with plenty of exposed bounce and a decent amount of swing speed to accomplish what you are looking to do.
