I have been practicing this drill lately to improve my ball striking. After a few days of practicing I am noticing that I am hitting close to the hosel/heel. I even tried to keep my right foot stable on ground to avoid over rotation. However same results. I know I need to make a video to show everything. But any feedback in the meantime is appreciated.

The 90% drill, in my opinion is a difficult drill due to a couple of factors:
1). most folks will setup at "90%", but then drift to their trail side on the takeaway. Then from there it's very easy to swing off the trail side, or reverse pivot. That will throw the hosel out at the ball.
2). in that drill, the shoulders must tilt to the top as Tom teaches to keep the club from getting immediately inside on the takeaway. Even with a 90% loading, it's still very easy to take the club back with flatter shoulders, and/or move off the ball (#1 above).
I suggest placing two golf balls, or a pool noodle, under the outside of your trail foot to bank your trail foot inward, or keep weight on the inside of your trail foot. Then take the club back and see if that feels the same as it does with your 90% swing without the bracing. I bet you a beer that the bracing will make you feel far more stacked over the ball, or where you should be when doing the drill.
@samirbajaj2 - Your shanks can be the result of a variety of actions: 1) You may be too steep on the downswing and thereby exposing the hosel to the ball; 2) Conversely, your downswing path may be too in to out; 3) You may be rolling the face open during the backswing; 4) Your wrists may not be hinging properly; 5) You could be subconsciously setting up with the ball positioned at the heel of the club due to a previous swing flaw; 6) More...
What I'm getting at is there are a number of potential causes, and as @rcissell56 says - without actually seeing your swing it's impossible for your fellow members to identify the culprit for those hosel rockets.
As you said it is hard to tell without a video, but I tend to shank when I lose the connection between my upper arms and my sides. Have you tried focusing on that and keep your elbows close together?
